Handle calendar management for the chairman including scheduling of appointments, meeting agendas, conference calls, time planning, and screening calls. —Attend outside meetings, develop meeting minutes and follow up on action plans accordingly. —Execute travel and hotel bookings arrangements for the chairman, and liaise with travel agencies and hotels to ensure that necessary reservations are done according as per agreed schedules. —Handle the chairman guests arrangements, which may include travel reservations, meetings, and outings. —Act as the focal point between the chairman and the group executives. —Responsible for chairmans personal visa reconciliation, payments, and expenses —Responsible for maintaining the chairmans index updated & organized —Execute all reports/articles translation needed for the chairman —Maintaining an updated & organized medical documentation/filling system (soft copy and hard copy) for his status —Liaising with/coordinating with worldwide doctors for checkups, regular medical reports and regular subscription
•Bachelor degree from relevant discipline, English or French section is must. •Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative position •Proficiency in MS Office, internet search
